Here is a good thing: shading technique produces essentially a dark area of an object by the angle of light. Imagine your pokemon drawing then draw a schematic representation of a sun (or light) from a place of your page. Now look about you, what parts of nature, not by the light are affected? These are the areas in the shadow of the practice. This drawing your character, and the shade these areas. When you are finished, remove the sun simply wrong. "
