You see, I will post a thread design. this is a place where people submit tshirt designs. I know I can use graphics from Photobucket, Photography or Photoshop brush or contributions;

Almost everything that is taking you with Photoshop, from the web, etc. and has an author or implicitly. If you use something and were caught, need, need the copyright owner a number of options, simply ask to sell more and to request the product for you financial loss.
So nothing should be off the web, you know who the picture and get a version of it with the drawing / photo / etc In most cases, the prices tend to be in order (especially if you have appointments in the public (domain by Shakespeare, etc.)) - make sure that the person quoted above.
